Our motto, Diokete Hupsala — or Aim High — has inspired sisters since our founding in 1913. It continues to provide the foundation for sorority experiences that will encompass a variety of academic and social activities, sisterhood retreats, fundraisers, and community service projects. We aim to help each member excel academically and build the leadership skills necessary to advance in today's society. Our national volunteers provide a network of support, assisting our women with college plans and decisions about career, family, and community involvement. Resources such as mentoring, career networking, and scholarships for undergraduate and graduate studies, provided by the Phi Sigma Sigma Foundation, are available to sisters throughout their lives.
