A mailing was sent out via USPS to collegiate chapter archons, chapter key advisors, alumnae chapter archons, community archons and Supreme Council with the contents listed below.

An email with a link to this page was sent to collegiate chapter officers, alumnae chapter officers, Fraternity personnel (including chapter key advisors, advisory board members), Foundation personnel, NHC personnel.

According to the Phi Sigma Sigma Constitution, ARTICLE XIII, SECTION 2, any proposed changes and/or amendments shall be submitted to the grand vice archon no later than March 1 preceding Convention. Proposed amendments shall be submitted to all collegiate chapters, alumnae chapters, and Fraternity personnel no later than April 15 preceding Convention.
