Remote Employee Pilot Program
March 14, 2006
Dear Sisters,
Phi Sigma Sigma is committed to providing the best service to our collegiate chapters, alumnae chapters, housing corporations and volunteers. To that end, when Fraternity Headquarters moved to Elkridge, Maryland in August 2004, we initiated a remote employee pilot program for one of our membership managers, Lisa Daly. As we have transitioned to a fully operational staff in Baltimore since then, we have carefully examined the services delivered by our entire membership manager team to determine how best to deliver high quality service. As a result, we have made the decision to end the remote employee pilot program effective June 30, 2006.
Lisa Daly has long-served Phi Sigma Sigma. She first served as a chapter consultant during the 1992-1993 academic year. From 1993 to 1995, Lisa served as division collegiate president and regional collegiate director. She joined the staff full time in 1995 and held various titles over the past 11 years before being named to her current position of membership manager in 2003. Throughout her career, Lisa has shared her love for Phi Sigma Sigma with sisters across North America. I know that you all join me in wishing Lisa the best in her future career endeavors when the pilot program ends in June.
We are currently searching for a new membership manager to be based in Elkridge, Maryland. As we consider our staffing plans for 2006-2007, there may be additional opportunities to join the Headquarters staff or serve Phi Sigma Sigma in a field staff capacity. If you are interested in any of these opportunities, please submit your resume via the email address below or use it to contact me for more information.
Fraternally,
Michelle Snyder
