Phi Sigma Sigma Elects New Board of Directors
Elkridge, Maryland (September 9, 2004)The delegates to Phi Sigma Sigma's 43rd Convention
have elected a new board of directors. The officers that will lead
the fraternity in the 2004-2006 biennium are:
Grand Archon: Sandy Grossman
(Gamma Nu, Rutgers University-New Brunswick)
Grand Vice Archon: Darcy Burke
(Beta Omega, Portland State University)
Director of Finance: Dianne Lavado
(Zeta Rho, Fitchburg State University)
Director of Collegians: Cindy DeNormandie
(Zeta Tau, Loyola University)
Director of Alumnae: Amy Keach
(Gamma Nu, Rutgers University-New Brunswick)
Director of Extension: Alicia Scott
(Beta Psi, University of Florida)
Director of Housing: Tracy Koch
(Epsilon Alpha, Illinois State University)
Director of Programming: Nicole Hollar
(Gamma Nu, Rutgers University-New Brunswick)
The newly elected officers' first order of business was the appointment
of the following Supreme Council officers:
Foundation President: Kim Hildred
(Gamma Epsilon, Waynesburg College)
National Panhellenic Conference Delegate: Josette George
(Beta Psi, University of Florida)
The board of directors convened their first official meeting of
the biennium immediately following Convention on Sunday, August
1, 2004. Supreme Council will meet again on September 10-12, 2004,
at Fraternity headquarters in Elkridge, Md.
Phi Sigma Sigma is a national women's fraternity founded in 1913
at Hunter College in New York City. Currently, Phi Sigma Sigma has
over 55,000 initiated members worldwide, with 107 collegiate chapters
and colonies and 35 alumnae groups across North America. More information
