Dear Sisters:
Over the next several months, Phi Sigma Sigma will host five
Leadership Conferences (LC) across the United States and more than
650 collegiate sisters will participate as official delegates!
Leadership Conferences are a weekend-long event, and all conferences
include a two-night stay.
Aspire…Challenge…Honor…Integrity…Engage…Value…Excellence
The cornerstone of our LC programming is Phi Sigma Sigma’s values
institute – ACHIEVE. ACHIEVE is about giving leaders the tools
they need to effect positive change – in their chapter, on their
campus and in their community. In general sessions and
small-group breakouts, ACHIEVE challenges leaders to:
- Explore their own values as they relate to the core values of
Phi Sigma Sigma;
- Develop awareness of issues and challenges they may face as
leaders and work collaboratively to develop solutions;
- Gain a better understanding of the role of service as an
active citizen;
- Create a network of support within the collegiate Phi Sigma
Sigma community.
LCs also provide the opportunity to network with your peers, meet
Headquarters staff and international officers including Supreme
Council sisters and Foundation directors, and create lasting Phi
Sigma Sigma memories. You will not want to miss our Saturday
luncheon awards presentation and the Foundation Dinner on Saturday
evening.
